LTA and Privilege Leave Encashment

i. Approval

  1. If an employee wants to encash any of his/her's privilege leaves/LFA, a Leave/ LFA encashment form needs to be submitted to Payroll Department. The department verifies employee's eligibility through the data present in the HRMS or in the manual register in case of leaves In case of LFA,the manual register is used for verification. After it is verified, it sent to the Accounts Department for Encashment.

2.The details of encashment are then fed in the system manually and recorded in the manual register as well.
